竞赛物品领取通知

一、运动员参赛物品：

赛事组委会为所有参赛运动员赛前发品牌运动衫、盛衣包、号码布。半程马拉松、10公里项目发放计时芯片（须交纳100元人民币芯片押金）。

二、网站报名运动员物品领取方式：

1、网站报名完毕并交纳报名费的运动员请打印报名表1份，在运动员参赛声明处签字并妥善保管，赛前3天凭报名表及本人身份证到组委会报名处领取参赛物品，报半程马拉松和10公里项目的运动员在领取物品时同时交纳计时芯片押金后领取计时芯片。

2、网站报名完毕并选择在组委会交纳报名费的运动员请打印报名表1份，在运动员参赛声明处签字并妥善保管，赛前3天凭报名表及身份证到组委会报名处交纳报名费后领取参赛物品，报半程马拉松和10公里项目的运动员在领取物品时同时交纳计时芯片押金后领取计时芯片。

三、现场报名运动员物品领取方式：

1、旅行社报名点报名完毕并交纳报名费的运动员请妥善保管报名表复印件及交费收据，赛前3天凭报名表、交费收据及身份证到本人办理报名的旅行社报名点领取参赛物品，报半程马拉松和10公里项目的运动员在领取物品时同时交纳计时芯片押金后领取计时芯片。

2、组委会报名处报名完毕并交纳报名费的运动员请妥善保管报名表复印件及交费收据，赛前3天凭报名表、交费收据及身份证到组委会报名处领取参赛物品，报半程马拉松和10公里项目的运动员在领取物品时同时交纳计时芯片押金后领取计时芯片。

四、领取物品日期时间：

2011年12月15日-17日，上午9:00-11:30，下午14:30-17:00。

Race GoodsCollection Guide

I.                   Race items

The Organizing Committeeprovides every participant with a brand T-shirt, a kit bag and a bib. Timingchip will be offered to runners in Half Marathon and 10KM Race (a deposit of100 RMB is required)

II.                 Collection Procedure for Online RegistrationParticipants

a.     After the online registration and payment for theregistration fee, please print the registration form and sign in the Athlete’sDeclaration column. With the form and ID card, participants should collect raceitems at the Organizing Committee Registration Place within three days beforethe race. Meanwhile, runners in Half Marathon and 10KM Race should pay thetiming chip deposit and collect a timing chip as well.

b.     For runners registering online without paying forthe registration fee, you should make the payment at the Organizing CommitteeRegistration Place first before you collect the race items.

III.               Collection Procedure forOn-site Registration Participants

a.     For runners who choose to register and make thepayment for the registration fee at the registration spot in the travel agency,please take good care of the photocopy of the registration form and receipt.With the form, receipt and ID card, participants should collect race items atthe registration spot in the travel agency within three days before the race.Meanwhile, runners in Half Marathon and 10KM Race should pay the timing chipdeposit and collect a timing chip as well.

b.     For runners who choose to register and make thepayment for the registration fee at the Organizing Committee RegistrationPlace, please take good care of the photocopy of the registration form andreceipt.
