（个人报名须知）

一、报名者请认真阅读《珠海华润银行•2011珠海国际半程马拉松赛竞赛规程》、《珠海华润银行•2011珠海国际半程马拉松赛报名须知》，并根据个人实际情况选择参赛项目。

二、报名者可在赛事网站www.zhmarathon.com 、赛事组委会报名处及广东省拱北口岸中国旅行社有限公司（以下简称拱北口岸旅行社）各现场报名点报名，报名时请认真阅读“参赛者声明”后，应真实、准确的填写个人信息并在参赛者声明人栏内签上本人姓名，信息填写错误时应及时更改，如故意提供不实、不详信息，后果由报名者自负。

三、在网站报名的参赛者，报名完毕后须将报名表打印一份并妥善保管，赛前三天凭报名表及相关有效证件到组委会报名处确认报名信息，确认后领取参赛物品。在组委会报名处及拱北口岸旅行社各现场报名点报名的参赛者，报名完毕后须妥善保管报名表，赛前三天凭报名表及相关有效证件到原报名点领取参赛物品。报半程马拉松及10公里项目的参赛者必须交纳计时芯片押金人民币100元，赛后芯片无损坏回收后，凭芯片押金收据退还押金。

四、报名者必须本人到现场报名，确实无法到现场报名的参赛者（建议网站报名），委托他人报名须有参赛者本人签名的委托书，受委托人应出示有效证件原件及复印件，并在委托书上签名。

五、未满18周岁报名者必须由监护人陪同到现场报名并出示监护人的证件，监护者本人必须本人签名。

六、报名日期及时间：

1、第一阶段报名日期：2011年10月17日至11月25日。

2、第二阶段报名日期：2011年11月28日至12月2日。

3、报名时间：工作日星期一至星期五9时至11时，15时至17时。

七、报名费：

1、报名收费标准：

2、中国田协注册运动员、珠海市在校学生和在校教职工团体报名免收报名费。

3、外国籍报名者：外籍报名者（现场报名时须出示护照）可以人民币支付报名费。（按照汇率 1美元=6.4元人民币。）

4、组委会有权根据报名情况决定是否接受报名。报名确认后报名费将不予返还。

八、物品发放：

1、所有参赛运动员赛前均发品牌运动衫、盛衣包、号码布。

2、参加半程马拉松、10公里项目的运动员另外发放计时芯片。

十、注意事项：参赛者应是身体健康者，报名者可根据自己的身体状况和锻炼能力，选择参赛项目。

（团体报名须知）

一、团体报名可以省、市、学校、部队、企业、俱乐部和社会团体等为单位报名，须填写团体报名表（及电子文档），加盖公章，并附所有个人报名资料。

二、每个团体报名人数不得少于20人，团体报名表需加盖单位公章。

三、报名单位可以到现场领取团体报名表或登录珠海国际半程马拉松赛网站www.zhmarathon.com下载团体报名表。报名时首先在网站录入团体人员名单，其次将网站录入名单的报名表打印并盖章后交到组委会报名处并提供所有报名人员个人报名表、有效证件原件及复印件。

四、团体报名单位，所有参赛者个人表格须有本人签名。

五、团体报名单位应留下联系方式，在工作人员审核报名无误后，现场办理缴费和领取物品等相关手续。

六、报名日期及时间：

3、团体报名20人（含20人）以上每人返还10元人民币，参加半程、10公里项目运动员提供计时芯片服务，每人收取100元芯片押金，赛后芯片无损坏回收后，凭芯片押金收据退还押金。

CRBC•Zhuhai International Half Marathon 2011

Registration Instructions

I.                    Individual registration

(I)                 Please read carefully the CRBC·Zhuhai International Half Marathon 2011 Rules and Regulations and CRBC·Zhuhai International Half Marathon 2011 Registration Instructions. Then choose the event according to personal actual situation.

(II)               Participants may register at the official website www.zhmarathon.com ,at Organizing Committee Registration Place or at registration spots in CRBC banks and Zhuhai travel agencies of Gongbei Port. After reading carefully the Participant Statement, participants must fill in the form truly and accurately and sign in the declaration column. Any information mistakes should be corrected in time, otherwise you shall take the consequences.

(III)             Participants that register online should print the registration form and take care of it. Participants that register at on-site registration spots should also take care of the form. With the form and relevant valid documents, you should confirm the registration and collect the race items at the Organizing Committee Registration Place three days before the race. For runners in Half Marathon and 10KM Race, you should pay timing chip deposit (100 RMB per person). After the race, when the chips are recycled without any damages, runners may refund the chips according to the deposit receipt.

(IV)             Participants must register in person. In other case, letter of authority with the participant’s signature is required. The person who is authorized should show valid credentials and their photocopies and sign on the letter on the letter of authorization. (or online registration is recommended.)

(V)               Participants under 18 may register accompanied by their guardians. Guardian should show their valid credentials and sign in the form personally.

(VI)             Registration Date& Time

a.      The 1^st stage: from October 17^th to November 25th

b.      The 2^nd stage: from November 28^th to December 2^nd

c.       Registration time: 9:00-11:00 and 15:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday

(VII)           Entry Fees

a.      Entry Fees

b.      Members of Chinese Athletic Association, student and faculty group will be exempted of entry charges.

c.       Overseas Entries can pay the registration charges in RMB. (1 USD equals 6.4 RMB according to the rate.

d.      The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept the registration or not. Registration fees are non-refundable after confirmation.

(VIII)         Articles Offering

a.      Every participant will have a T-shirt, a kit bag and a bib.

b.      Time chips are offered to participants in Half Marathon and 10KM Race.

(X)               Notice:

Participants can choose the event according to personal health condition and competence.

II.                  Team Registration

(I)                 Team registration can take province, city, school, army, enterprise, club or social group as a unit.

(II)               There must be more than 20 participants in a team. The official seal is required on the team registration form.

(III)             Each team may get the team registration form on-site or at the official website www.zhmarathon.com. First, put in the list of participants on the website, then print the registration form with the list and the official seal and hand it to the registration staff. Every participant’s valid credential and its photocopy is required.

(IV)             Every participant in the team should sign in the individual form personally.

(V)               Contact details of the team is required. After examining and verifying the information by the registration staff, the team should make the payment and collect race items.

(VI)             Registration Date&Time
